Local Organically-Grown Produce
At Foxmint Hill we specialize in high-altitude growing of all sorts of greens, lettuce, kale, garlic. We also produce tomatoes, cucmbers, squashes, and many kinds of herbs. Our products are offered at a farmers market in Evergreen, CO and through a CSA (farm share) program.

To ensure maximum diversity of taste and appeal for our customers, we also source the highest-quality local and organic produce, meats, and dry goods available. This approach also allows us to offer a “full-diet” CSA for up to 20 weeks per year.
Our flock of mixed breed laying hens flourish in the Rocky Mountain sunshine and fresh air at 7,820‘. They love to spend time foraging in pasture and chowing down on their USDA organic feed.
